DESCRIPTION:Tai Chi Chih \nWhen: Tuesdays \nTime: 9:30 am – 10:30 am \nWhere: BVU Commons \nLeadership: Eileen Campbell \nTai Chi Chih is a gentle form of Tai Chi which concentrates on health and balance rather than the martial aspects of Tai Chi. There are only 20 positions in this form\, so it is easy to pick up and no special clothing is needed\, just comfortable clothes. The group meets on Tuesday at 9:30 starting September 1st. The sessions begin with self-massage\, a few stretches then followed by the form. The class ends at 10:30 and is free.
