You will be taught these gentle movements\, as well as breathing techniques\, and the power of intention all to help reduce stress\, and increase flexibility\, strength\, balance and general well-being. \nElaine Matthes has been a licensed instructor since 2013. Before moving back to Canada\, she taught Qi Gong classes in Florida for nine years.
