Broad View Community Choir is a vibrant 100+ voice community choir, non-auditioned mixed choir open to everyone. Sponsored by Broad View United Church, we believe singing together is a joyful, meaningful practice that builds connection and supports physical and mental well-being.
Led by popular choir director Brian Tate and accompanied by jazz pianist Ashley Wey, we sing a variety of music: swing standards from the 40’s, classic pop, folk, and R&B from the 60s and 70’s, gospel, folk and world music.
We present fall and spring concerts with piano, bass, and drums. No music-reading experience is required—practice tracks are provided for every part, and the music is easy to learn. Come try us out before committing!
