Come find a quiet space of rest and peace amid the busyness of daily life. Together, we explore simple Christian contemplative practices that help us connect with God’s loving presence, bringing greater compassion and healing into our lives and the world around us.

Each one-hour gathering includes gentle meditation and reflection, welcoming both experienced practitioners and those new to meditation. No experience is needed—everyone is welcome!
