Coldest Night of the Year

This is an important fundraiser to provide support to the many in our neighbourhoods who are experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.In Victoria, the Coldest Night of the Year supports Our Place Society. 

Demonstrate your support by donating to the Broad View United team.

To donate:

• Please go to cnoy.org , then click on the “Donate” button.
• A search box will appear. In the search box, type “Broad View United” and click “Go!“.
• You’ll see the Broad View United team listed at the top of a list of teams. Click on “Broad View United”.
• Once on the team’s page, click the “Donate to Team” button.
• On the next page, you will be given the option to either donate to a specific team member or to the team as a whole.
• Follow the prompts to finish your donation.

Donations for our team will continue to be accepted well after the Coldest Night of the Year walk on February 28.

You can also support by joining the Broad View United team. Our team will be walking a 5-km or 2-km route on February 28 that starts on Pandora and goes south toward Beacon Hill Park. Some of our walkers choose to participate by self-organizing with friends or individually to walk on their chosen path any time in February. Regardless of where or when you walk, we ask all our walkers to register with the Broad View United team at cnoy.org so your fundraising adds to our Church’s total donation.

Last year the Broad View United team was among the top teams in Victoria by raising over $11,000. For 2026, the need has only grown and so Broad View United is responding with a goal to raise $12,000.
